Private Transmission Terms
1. Scope of Practice & Service Nature
Pre-recorded transmissions provide a deeply personal, single-recipient video tarot activation designed to illuminate underlying energetic patterns and offer practical inner state alignment guidance.
Intuitive guidance and coaching are not substitutes for clinical psychotherapy, psychiatric care, medical diagnosis, financial advice, or legal counsel. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, medical crisis, or severe psychological distress, please consult a licensed professional immediately.
2. Delivery Timeline & Fulfillment
Fulfillment Window: Recorded video transmissions are prepared and delivered in alignment with dedicated energetic space – typically within 7 to 10 business days following receipt of your completed payment and intake submission.
Delivery Method: Your completed transmission will be delivered directly to the email address provided at checkout via a private, unlisted YouTube video link.
3. Intake Submission
To receive a custom-tailored transmission, you are invited to submit your current focus area via the post-purchase intake form.
If you prefer not to submit specific questions, you may indicate "Surprise Me" or "Open Reading" on the form, authorizing the activation to proceed as an open intuitive pattern mapping.
4. Privacy & Access
All intake details, personal information, and completed video links are held in strict professional confidence and will never be shared, sold, or publicly displayed.
Your unlisted YouTube video link is provided solely for your personal reflection and sanctuary use, remaining active for your ongoing review.
5. Refunds & Finality of Sale
Due to the custom-tailored, energy-allocated, and time-intensive nature of recorded intuitive activations, all Tier 1 sales are final. No refunds will be issued once payment is completed.
Live Reading & Integration Session Terms
1. Scope of Practice & Service Nature
Live sessions provide a blend of intuitive tarot guidance, energetic pattern mapping, and practical inner state integration coaching.
Intuitive guidance and coaching are not substitutes for clinical psychotherapy, psychiatric care, medical diagnosis, financial advice, or legal counsel. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, medical crisis, or severe psychological distress, please consult a licensed professional immediately.
2. Scheduling, Punctuality & No-Show Policy
All sessions are conducted live via Zoom. You will receive a unique Zoom link upon selecting your time slot.
Sessions begin promptly at the scheduled start time. A strict ten (10) minute grace period is provided for unexpected technical or personal delays.
If you have not joined the Zoom room or notified via email within ten (10) minutes of your scheduled start time, the session will be closed, marked as a "No-Show," and your session fee will be forfeited without refund.
3. Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy
Modifications or rescheduling requests for your session must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled start time via your private scheduling link.
Sessions canceled, modified, or missed with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled without purchasing a new session.
4. Pre-Session Intake
You are invited to submit your pre-session intake details prior to your call to allow space for energetic tuning and preparation.
If an intake submission is not completed prior to the call, your session will proceed using our live, real-time intuitive mapping framework during your allotted time.
5. Session Recordings & Privacy
Following your session, a private Zoom cloud recording link will be delivered directly to your email for your personal reflection and integration.
All personal details, intake submissions, and session conversations are strictly confidential and will never be shared, sold, or publicly displayed.
Session recordings are provided solely for your private, personal use.
6. Refunds & Finality of Sale
Due to the real-time energy allocation, calendar reservation, and customized nature of live intuitive guidance, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once payment is completed or after a session has been conducted.
Coaching Partnership Terms
1. Client Responsibility
As a client, you understand and agree that you are fully responsible for your physical, mental, and emotional well-being during coaching calls, including your choices and decisions. You may choose to discontinue coaching at any time.
2. Nature of the Coaching Relationship
Coaching is a professional relationship designed to facilitate the creation/development of personal, professional, or business goals and to develop and carry out a strategy/plan for achieving those goals.
Coaching is a comprehensive process that may involve all areas of life, including work, finances, health, relationships, education, and recreation. Deciding how to handle these issues, incorporate coaching into those areas, and implement choices is exclusively your responsibility.
3. Mental Health & Therapy Disclaimer
Coaching does not involve the diagnosis or treatment of mental disorders as defined by the American Psychiatric Association. Coaching is not a substitute for counseling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care, or substance abuse treatment, and should not be used in place of any form of diagnosis, treatment, or therapy.
If you are currently under the care of a mental health professional, you must consult with them regarding the advisability of working with a coach and ensure they are aware of your decision to proceed with coaching.
Clients agree to disclose details of past or present psychological or psychiatric treatment. If any mental health difficulties arise during the coaching relationship, you must notify the coach immediately to discuss appropriate steps and potential referrals.
4. Professional Disclaimer
Coaching is not to be used as a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, business, spiritual, or other qualified advice. You should seek independent professional guidance for these matters. All decisions and actions taken in these areas are exclusively your responsibility.
5. Services Provided
Coaching services are provided via Zoom video call (or audio only, as preferred). Services include:
- Value clarification
- Brainstorming
- Identifying plans of action
- Examining modes of operating in life
- Asking clarifying questions and making empowering requests/suggestions
Successful coaching requires a collaborative approach. The coach acts as a facilitator of change, but it is the client's responsibility to enact or bring about change.
6. Fees, Rescheduling, Punctuality & No-Shows
All fees are to be paid in advance unless specified by prior agreement. Standard 1:1 coaching packages cover a 3-month container comprising 12 total sessions (4 sessions per month) scheduled on a recurring weekly basis.
Refund Policy: Due to the high-touch, private nature of 1:1 coaching and calendar reservation, all sales are final once Session 1 commences. No refunds or prorated credits will be issued for unused sessions or partial program completion.
Installment Plan Commitment: If you select a 3-month installment payment plan, you acknowledge that this is a legally binding commitment to complete all three (3) monthly payments. It is an installment agreement for a fixed 90-day container—not a month-to-month or cancel-anytime subscription. You authorize Star Spun Souls to automatically bill your designated payment card every 30 days until the agreed total balance is satisfied.
Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule a session. Appointments canceled or modified with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable and will be forfeited as a used session, except in documented emergency situations.
Punctuality & No-Show Policy: Sessions begin promptly at your scheduled time via Zoom. A ten (10) minute grace period is provided for unexpected technical or personal delays. If you have not joined the Zoom call or contacted the coach via email within ten (10) minutes of the scheduled start time, the session will be closed and deemed a "No-Show." Unannounced No-Show sessions are forfeited and will not be refunded or rescheduled.
7. Confidentiality & Privacy
All information regarding the coach-client relationship will remain strictly confidential, except as required by law (e.g., subpoena, risk of harm to self/others, child abuse).
- Written permission (letter or email) is required for the coach to speak to anyone outside the interaction.
- Certain topics may be anonymously and hypothetically shared with other coaching professionals for training or consultation purposes.
- Clients may declare a preference not to discuss specific topics at any point, and the coach will respect this boundary.
- Communication via digital media (internet, mobile phones) carries inherent security risks; using these methods implies agreement to proceed with digital communication.
8. Container Expiration & Termination
Coaching will continue for the duration of the contracted period. All 12 sessions in a 90-day container must be redeemed within 120 days from the initial date of purchase, after which any unbooked sessions expire unless a formal postponement (up to 6 months) has been granted in writing due to extenuating circumstances.
Star Spun Souls reserves the right to terminate the coaching relationship immediately if a client engages in abusive behavior, breaches boundary agreements, or defaults on installment obligations.
